    Ok, so what are the limits?

    In order to be able to provide this service at this rate, there some things we won't be able to do, like...

    Set up e-Commerce

    This service is for the standard business website that needs leads & doesn't sell products. We do have e-commerce solutions here, though.

    Custom Development

    Everything involved with this site is "off the shelf." We won't be building fancy apps or user-experiences. We'll stay pretty close to the Super Site you choose.

    Integrations

    Your contact form will send you a notification if someone fills it out, but we won't be integrating it with your email service provider or CRM. Not sure what those are? Ignore this, then :-D

    Change Scope

    We're going to stay pretty close to the template you choose, though we will obviously make customizations based on your graphics, images, fonts, and colors. Those little differences go a long way.

    Guarantee Google Rank

    Nobody reputable can guarantee Google rankings, out of the gate. It takes a lot of time, money, and strategy. We'll give you a good foundation, though.

    Custom Graphics

    You'll have access to thousands of graphics and images if you sign up with us. However, we can't do photo edits, logo design, or make custom images for you.

    Important note about website hosting!

    A website is a piece of software that presents your website to the world. All software lives on a server, in order to function. 

    Think about it like this. Your website is like a house and the server is like the land upon which your house is built. If there is no land, there is nowhere to build the house.

    Make sense?

    While the website is being built, we'll use one of our development servers. 

    But, once the website is 'live,' you'll need a webhost.

    Most customers choose to keep hosting with us ("lights on" packages are $59/month), but others choose to host at Go Daddy, WPEngine, Bluehost, or Siteground. Go Daddy doesn't offer much support, but it is cheap.

    The choice is yours. But you should anticipate that there will be a monthly cost of "hosting" once the website is live. (This is true, no matter who builds your website!)

    If you choose to work with us, we can help you find the best option for your business, given your resources and comfort managing your own website.

    In either case, you will own your own website. So, if you have another host you want to use, we'll be happy to help you migrate it there and make sure it's running properly.

    What will you need from me for this project?

    We'll manage this in the Super Support Hub, but typically we need access to the place where you bought your domain name (www.yourbiz.com) and logins to any website you currently have (especially if it's Wordpress).

    How long will it take?

    If you follow the steps we assign, you'll have a print next week. But, if you're slow to send us logos, provide feedback, choose photos, or whatever, it'll take longer.

    Do I own the website?

    Yes, it's yours.
